Minibus Driver

**About The Role**:
**10 hours per week**

We are looking to appoint a responsible and reliable School Minibus Driver with a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of students to join our team and transport students from Twynham and The Grange Schools. If you have a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the education and safety of children, we want to hear from you

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

- Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained school mini bus.
- Uphold a positive and respectful atmosphere on the bus, ensuring students are following safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students.
- Adhere to the school's policies and procedures related to student transportation.

**Who we are looking for**

We would love to hear from you if:

- You hold a valid D1 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in school transportation is a plus.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have patience, empathy, and understanding of students' needs.
- You have the ability to follow a schedule and maintain punctuality.
