Therole

To support the company in strategy execution anddriving employee engagement in this exciting new phase, we'relooking for an experienced Global Internal Communications Managerto be based at our office in Wallingford. We are looking for atalented individual that can help develop a world-class internalcommunications approach. The perfect candidate for this positionwill be an experienced communications manager with a proven trackrecord of creating creative internal communications concepts andworking with senior leadership on storytelling. This is a full-timerole.

Who we'relooking for:

  • Degreein Corporate Communications, People and/or Change Management orsimilar.

  • Previousexperience in a global corporate environment is essential.

  • Project Managementexperience is a must-have.

  • Team management skillswould be beneficial.

  • Excellent command of theEnglish language, both verbal andwritten.

  • An ability to drivepositive change and be used to working with senior leadership.

  • A strong understanding ofhow global corporations are structured and operate.

  • Strong delivery of thenext-level internal communications.

  • A drive to deliver results,measure success and learn from insights.

  • To work inclusively with ahighly diverse and multinational team.
