Contractor Compliance Administrator

Work closely with stakeholders (Recruitment, P&O, Payroll, Time Writing, Finance) to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner
Responsible for collating, verifying and filing screening documentation via email and telephone
Issuing Contracts etc to contractors / agency workers
Updating contractor / agency worker records in various systems
Responsible for supporting internal audits
Assisting with administrative tasks for adhoc projects
Ensuring compliance with relevant Data Privacy and Protection regulations and policies
Qualifications:
Secondary school education or equivalent is preferredKnowledge, skills and experience:
Strong skills in Excel and Word Knowledge of HRIS tools preferred Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment desirablePersonal Attributes:
