Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Wood. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operational tasks, including contractor queries, data entry, and candidate screening
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner
- Verify and file screening documentation via email and telephone
- Issue contracts and updates to contractors and agency workers
- Update records in various systems
- Support internal audits and administrative tasks for ad-hoc projects
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- Strong skills in Excel and Word
- Knowledge of HRIS tools preferred
- Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
- Previous experience in an Oil & Gas environment desirable
- Highly organized, pragmatic, and reliable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Confidentiality is essential
- Flexible outlook and adaptable to changing priorities
