Hiring an experienced full-time temporary Administrator for 3-6-months with the potential for extension (not guaranteed), for our client based in Stockton-on-Tees.
You will work from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 - 16:35 and Friday from 08:00 - 15:10 in return for a competitive salary, as PA to senior leaders in this chemical manufacturing company, in addition to providing general office support.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Diary and event/meeting management involving organising internal and external venues, travel and accommodation, and practical support to delegates (Visa/IT provision assistance)
- Ordering office supplies and managing purchase card accounts and ad hoc expenses in compliance with EMEA policy
To be successful you will need to be organised, an effective communicator and take a proactive approach to tasks focussing on delivering a strong customer service and building client relationships.
**You will have** a minimum of grade C GCSE in Mathematics and English, with NVQ Level 2 Business Administration (desirable), strong Microsoft Office 365 and wider IT skills and previous experience in a travel booking and management focussed admin role.
