**37.5 hours per week**
**Monday - Friday shift pattern between 7am - 8pm, with Saturdays finishing at 11am.**

As an Administrator in our Outpatients department at our Tees Hospital, you’ll provide knowledgeable administrative and practical support to nursing and clinical staff, to standards and timescales required whilst using empathy and customers service skills to build relationships. Through great communication and IT skills. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration.
**As an Administrator, you will**:
- Meet, great and escort patients to their room on admission.
- Answer telephone / personal enquiries on the ward.
- Pull patient notes for admissions/clinics and re-file when finished with.
- Prepare patient notes for admissions/clinics.
- File paperwork in notes.
- Liaise with clinical staff and other admin departments.
**To succeed as an Administrator, you will have**:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- To work well as a team member, or alone.
- To be flexible to cover holiday/sickness absences.
- To be hardworking and conscientious.
- Previous experience and Business Admin level 2 desirable.
