We are looking for a Customer Care Assistant to work as part of our Customer Care Team and also to assist the Customer Care Manager with administration, the role is to cover maternity leave and will then be reviewed.

Main Duties
- Organise and set up computerised and hard copy files and documents for upcoming developments
- Liaise with site and subcontractors
- Organise appointments and managing the switchboard
- All other duties as needed to assist in the smooth running of the Customer Care Team
- Computer literate,and able to use a web based system for recording information and have knowledge of excel, word and Outlook
- Customer care / Administration within a property company
