The team support young people aged 10 -18 years old over a 7 day rota providing support at times when families and young people need us most
Some key activities include:
• To work with young people to reduce the risk of exploitation through 1:1 session.
• To support families to recognise risk and how to reduce this
• Working in collaboration with agencies to strengthen the family network to ensure sustainable change.
• To capture the voice and experience of children and young people and utilise this to inform and develop service delivery.
Person Specification/shortlisting criteria:
• Must have access to own vehicle due to the nature of the role.
• Must be able to work part of a weekend rota to respond to service need
• Efficient at managing workload and prioritising tasks/ability to multi-task
• Good communication skills and ability to form strong partnership links.
• Driven, passionate and flexible in offering families a high-quality service.
• Secure knowledge and confidence to recognise and response to safeguarding concerns and issues.
