We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Family Early Help Service, you will play a vital role in providing early help through a whole family approach based on collaboration with families and partners from schools, health, children's services, and the community.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £32,654 - £37,035 per annum, reflecting your extensive capability in engagement, comprehensive whole family assessments, and support for evidenced-informed practice.

Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner with significant experience and working knowledge of early intervention settings and statutory work with children and families. You will have a track record of working holistically with children, young people, and families within a whole family model, as well as the ability to demonstrate your skill set as a 'lead professional.'

We especially invite applications from workers with experience of working with children with additional needs and their families. Your awareness of SEND, education issues, and understanding of how to work with schools and families to drive engagement of children and families in educational attendance and ambition will be highly valued.

The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
