The ideal candidate will have experience working in a support living setting and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the person they support and their family.

This role requires a driver with a full UK manual driving licence, as the service operates 24 hours on a one-to-one basis. The successful candidate will be required to manage challenging behaviors, plan activities, and maintain a positive and relaxed home environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
