Support Specialist for Children and Families

As a dynamic and enthusiastic Support Specialist, you will work with children, young people, and families in an early intervention setting. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in engagement, assessment, and goal-setting, as well as a track record of working holistically within a whole family model.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to families through a collaborative approach, working closely with partners from schools, health, children's services, and the community.
Your comprehensive whole family assessments, clear goals, and developed strategies will drive best outcomes for children.
A relevant academic or professional qualification at level 3 or higher is required, along with an awareness of SEND, education issues, and understanding of how to work collaboratively with schools and families.
