As a **Senior Residential Support Worker**, you will be making a very real & incredibly vital difference to the lives of children & young people who have suffered Trauma & Abuse.

Within this role, you will be:

- Leading shifts and supervising a team of Support Workers
- Organising and accompanying the young people on social activities and appointments
- Building strong relationships with young people to help them feel safe and cared for
- Recording the young person’s activity & reporting key aspects of their care
- Promoting the young person’s independence and helping them to develop their life skills
- Encouraging the young people to reach their personal goals

Manual driving License
