This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with UK businesses and Global L&D Centres of Excellence to implement effective training, learning, and development solutions that attract and retain talent. This remote-based role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, with office locations available in Leeds, Birmingham, York, and other cities across the country.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Identify and drive training needs and development objectives across our UK business, focusing on all levels—from early careers to future leaders and leadership development. Design and deliver training solutions, both in-house and through third-party collaborations, utilising blended learning approaches for all staff levels, including leadership. Manage UK-wide skills and leadership training systems, collaborating with the Global L&D Centres of Excellence and other teams. Develop and manage the UK 'Academy' model, integrating Sulzer Global L&D with local solutions, emphasising leadership development. Oversee UK Apprentice and Graduate programs, ensuring standardisation and alignment with business growth, succession planning, and leadership development.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs for high-performing talent and leadership teams. Strong background in identifying training needs and development objectives for employees at all career stages, with a focus on leadership development. Expertise in creating and implementing blended learning solutions, utilising both in-house resources and external partnerships. Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate training programs across various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid models. Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside HR Business Partner teams and senior leadership to support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
