We are looking for a Sub Agent to join our Infrastructure team on the M42 in Birmingham.

What you'll do:

Management and delivery of project activities relating to the handover of assets, including activities required to transfer new roads into operation and return temporary land to owners. Drive the completion of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR’s) and Defects in a timely Manner. Prevent defective work being produced by offering guidance and training to delivery team including sub-contractors where applicable. Ensure site processes for quality and assurance are fit for purpose and being adhered to within the project team.  Co-ordinate the production of final Handover DOWLS list of outstanding snags and works identified from with National Highways/Local Authority/other Stakeholders. Ensure these are communicated to the delivery team. 

What you'll bring to the role:

Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles and common construction methodologies. Knowledge and experience of Highway Works highly preferred.  At or near Chartered Engineer level preferred Good written and verbal communications skills. Digital competence (MS Office 365, document Control Systems, Site Digital Tools).
