Job Opportunity: Freelance Site Agent
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Freelance Site Agent to join our team at Kenton Black Ltd. As a Freelance Site Agent, you will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations, including supervising site staff and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
- Monitor and report on site progress, including identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager, or possibly Sub Agent
- Experience in the water sector
- Driving license
- Full right to work in the UK
- SMSTS, CSCS, FAW ideally, TWC (we can put you through that)
