Kennedys is looking for a Reward Advisor to join our supportive and forward-thinking HR team in our Chelmsford office on a six month contract basis.

As part of our HR Reward team, you will provide critical support needed to deliver a number of exciting reward projects over the next six months. You will have strong reward experience, ideally gained within a partnership environment, with excellent communication skills. You will also be well versed with key benefit processes with demonstrable experience of delivering reward projects/cyclical reward programmes benefits schemes.

This is a unique opportunity to gain global reward and compensation experience at a growing firm and be involved in key reward projects linked to our firm wide strategy.

Our hybrid working policy will allow the successful Reward Advisor to work flexibly at home and in the Chelmsford office.

Team

Kennedys HR team support the firm around the world with all people related matters.

The HR team is based in Chelmsford, London and Manchester for the UK, Dublin for EMEA, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia for APAC, Basking Ridge for US and Miami for LATAM. The areas of HR that we have responsibility for are Business Partnering, Recruitment (including partners and early careers), Reward, HR Systems and Analytics, Learning and Development and Responsible Business. 

Key responsibilities 

Support the Reward & Benefits Assistant with employee, partner and broker queries in relation to global benefits Work with the Reward and Benefits Manager to deliver support and analysis on the annual reward activity Assist with participation in global salary surveys, the annual benefit renewals, including the preparation of proposals, renewal communications, workflows, and benefit information documents Support with the global business services and fee earner salary review process, including salary benchmarking and modelling Initial analysis of Reward and Benefit data to identify key insights and trends, and help to contextualise this Work closely with the HR Data & Systems team.

Required experience 

Previous Reward Advisor experience, preferably within a partnership environment Strong experience in employee benefits administration Experience supporting in annual salary and bonus processes would be desirable Strong Microsoft excel skills and ability to interpret data efficiently Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility and relationships quickly Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor Strong multi-tasking and time management skills Strong organisational skills with a focus on high quality delivery
