About the role

As a Casting & Bookings Executive, you will join the Production Team who are responsible for delivering end to end production for all Charlotte Tilbury content.

As a Casting & Bookings Executive you will

  • Responsible for the model bookings for all hero campaign shoots, across stills, digital and TVC’s. Including all Ecomm shoots, pdps & Tutorials
  • Oversee the model bookings for all viral social and always on capture
  • Oversee the castings for Sofia Tilbury and Bella Tilbury’s social channels
  • Management of all contracts and NDA’s and ensuring all relevant paperwork is consolidated and filed appropriately
  • Hands on leadership and management of a Casting & Bookings Editor and freelancers within the team - encouraging a collaborative environment
  • Creative ability to understand Charlotte Tilbury’s brand identity and model direction in order to cast accordingly
  • Continuously working to build out evergreen casting decks and presenting options to the wider team
  • Responsible for all model travel and accommodation bookings, liaising with agents and management of models on shoot days
  • Maximize our position with model agencies maintaining a high Charlotte Tilbury standard and reputation
  • Develop existing model agency relationships, as well as establishing new relationships, with international model agencies and scouts
  • Arrange relevant live castings with agencies when necessary
  • Evaluate & review all model casting and booking processes, working on new ideas to improve functionality & implementing where possible.
  • Outstanding negotiating skills and management of model contracts, costs & budget management
  • Close management of all model usages and model usage renewals, ensuring relevant steps are taken when required
  • Alongside your model booking and casting responsibilities, you will also be required to support the wider production team on campaign shoots when necessary
  • Raise and track all PO’s across all shoots within the casting department
  • Manage and book all hand models, arm swatch models and stand in’s needed for campaign and smaller shoots
  • Regular weekday scouting required where possible with the Casting & Bookings Editor

About you

  • Relevant experience in the beauty, fashion or luxury industries
  • Previous model booking experience required
  • A passion for models, knowledge of model trends & awareness of movements within the modeling industry
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships internally
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to rapidly adapt to change quickly and effectively, under pressure and short deadlines
