About the role

As a Casting & Bookings Co-ordinator, you will join the Production Team who are responsible for delivering end to end production for all Charlotte Tilbury content.

As a Casting & Bookings Co-Ordinator you will

  • Assist the Casting & Bookings Editor collating model suggestions and options for all hero campaign shoots, TVC’s, Ecomm shoots & Tutorials
  • Support with casting process for Sofia Tilbury’s IG channel
  • Manage and book all hand models, arm swatch models and stand in’s required for campaign and smaller shoots
  • Responsible for sending contracts to agents and any relevant paperwork where needed
  • Creative ability to understand Charlotte Tilbury’s brand identity and model direction in order to cast accordingly
  • Continuously work to grow pools of model types, de-risking key areas and meeting agreed targets
  • Responsible for all model travel and accommodation bookings and liaising with agents ensuring models arrive to set for agreed call times
  • Maximize our position with model agencies maintaining a high Charlotte Tilbury standard and reputation.
  • Develop existing model agency relationships, as well as establishing new relationships, with international model agencies and scouts
  • Arrange relevant live castings with the agencies when necessary
  • Establish appropriate model casting and booking processes and implement ways to drive efficiencies
  • Outstanding negotiating skills and management of model contracts, costs & budgets accordingly keeping within approved rates
  • Close management of all model usages and model usage renewals, ensuring relevant steps are taken when required
  • Alongside your model booking and casting responsibilities, you will also be required to support the wider production team on campaign shoots: call sheets, schedules, travel, managing models and on set admin
  • Raise and track all PO’s across all shoots within the casting department, as well as supporting with all production PO’s and admin
  • Organise and maintain our in-house studio, kit room and styling cupboard alongside our Production Admin Coordinator
  • Some weekday scouting days required where possible with the Casting & Bookings Editor

Who you will work with

About you

· Luxury Fashion/ beauty background experience required

· Previous model booking experience required

· A passion for models, knowledge of model trends & awareness of movements within the modeling industry

· Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment and remain proactive and professional

· Be able to rapidly adapt to change

· Excellent organizational, administrative, time management and oral communication skills

· Be a strong team player who is eager to learn and can grasp new information quickly

· Understanding of current trends and how these relate to Charlotte Tilbury customers

· Keen attention to detail
