As Revenue Manager you will maximise hotel room revenue through effective pricing and inventory management, ensuring that you are effectively yielding the business through pricing for each market segment, responsibilities will also include driving room rates and occupancy levels, monitoring competitors pricing, and being aware of market activity and ensuring sales are maximised at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for excellent customer service with an emphasis on exceeding standards and guest expectations. 

Some of the key skills and competencies we look for: 

  • Ensure the pricing and selling strategies reflect the market demand and the hotels competitive set.
  • Compile weekly & monthly rooms revenue forecast.
  • Monitor budget and  produce weekly & monthly reports.
  • Lead , monitor, motivate and  inspire  the team; providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure a seamless delivery of Reservations department.
  • Support the GM and commercial team in writing & presenting the annual budget .
