As an Administrator, you'll be the vital link between our Finance team and the Rebel Strength Managing Director. Your role will encompass managing purchase invoice processing, raising invoices and purchase orders, handling client enquiries, credit control, documentation management, and regular liaison with various departments and external entities. You'll need to be proactive, communicative, and capable of efficient problem-solving to keep all financial operations running smoothly. Your collaborative efforts with other departments will ensure that all processes are completed within set timeframes to meet our business goals.
Hours of Work: Part-time, 24 hours per week, 6-month Contract
Administrator Requirements
- Proven experience with any accounting systems (Sage preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Previous experience as a PA or office manager
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage
- High financial awareness and analytical mindset
