Are you a highly organised and experienced Administrator looking for a pivotal role within a collaborative team? Join us as an Administrator in our Electrical Department and be an integral part of our success.

**So, what will you be doing?**

As an Administrator, you will be essential in maintaining the efficient functioning of the Electrical Department across eSmart Networks and our sister company, TriConnex. Your meticulous organisational skills and keen attention to detail will ensure the seamless handling of various administrative duties. This includes:

- Assisting and supporting the Electrical team and the wider Operations Department with general administrative tasks.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients for our Electrical projects.
- Providing full support and maintaining accurate records for all Electrical Department activities.
- Managing current electric drawings and coordinating with work planners, ensuring files are updated.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external clients, including daily interactions with Electric supervisors and field teams.
- Using various office software, such as MS Office, FSM, Xpedeon, and TrackVia, to ensure smooth process management.

**The Person**
- Strong coordination and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships.
- A proactive and motivated approach to tasks.
- An empathetic approach towards internal and external customers.
- Experience within the utilities/construction sector is beneficial but not essential.
