**Our Vacancy**
This is a key position providing administrational support within our Operations team, providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients within the Water Team.

**So what will you be doing?**
This role will be assisting with the day-to-day duties within the Water department by collating and coordinating all paperwork to enable smooth running of the department.
- Maintaining accurate information in relation to claim submissions and payment
- Updating daily works report and issuing to the planners daily.
- Preparing documents, maintaining and updating database.
- Raising invoices and inspection requests
- Filing and recording claim submissions in a timely and accurate manner
- Answering telephones, taking messages, covering reception and other administrational duties
**The Person**
We are ideally looking for someone with a strong proven background within a similar administrative support position, ideally within the utilities or construction sector. We will also look for the following skills;
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and administrational skills
- Strong IT skills including MS word, excel and Power Point.
- Empathetic approach to both internal and external customers, offering first class customer service at all time.
- Experience within the utilities or construction sector would be an advantage.
