**About the Role**
To undertake a range of activities to support the business and ensure that the administration function runs smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting to the Operation Manager and working with the team, the Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance in managing clients, quotes and keeping Sales Force records up to date.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**:
The Sales Administrator will support the following tasks.
- Producing quotes in response to customer requests
- Contacting customer to obtain feedback on quotes received.
- Maintenance of Sales Department administrative records and data
- Assist in booking client appointments.
- Answering the telephone
- General office duties
You should:
- Be focused on solutions, (can-do attitude)
- Attention to detail, with high levels of numeracy and literacy.
- Able to work unsupervised using own initiative.
- Great at time management and completing tasks.
- Be confident.
- Possess exceptional communication skills.
- Be highly flexible and adaptable.
- Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
