Additionally, you will provide expertise on workforce planning, recruitment, and deployment while maintaining positive employee relations and handling complex cases. 

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience, be a Chartered member of CIPD, and have proven experience in operational and strategic HR roles, especially within the public sector, complex settings. You should have expertise in change management, workforce planning, and employee relations, along with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
