Responsibilities

Working as part of a larger Team Leader Community, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk Advisors (SDA’s) and ensure adherence to Client processes and KPI’s. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of reactive, planned & statutory compliance tasks and the effective utilisation of our CAFM System. You will work closely with Client Service Centre Manager and appropriate Client Account Leads/FM’s to promote excellent customer service and be versatile and responsive to dynamic portfolio requirements. Working collectively with management team, you will motivate team and drive contract performance to operational success.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a team leader/supervisor/management role within a service desk environment or similar.

Proven experience of coaching, leading and inspiring teams and people development

Experience of performance management and analysing statistics
