Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support as a Service Desk Engineer, ideally with leading/mentoring a small team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cool under pressure, with a knack for quick, effective problem-solving.
- In-depth knowledge of service desk systems and IT tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
