Service Desk Advisor
At Safer Hand Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Desk Advisor to join our team. As a Service Desk Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and web
• Process and update requests from the client base, internal personnel, and suppliers
• Accurately process reactive, planned, and statutory compliance tasks
• Liaise with site-based engineers and field-based facility managers to action requests as necessary
• Ensure that timeframes are adhered to in relation to service level agreements
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Information Technology software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
