Job Summary

We are seeking a Service Desk Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk Advisors (SDA's) and ensure adherence to Client processes and KPI's. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of reactive, planned & statutory compliance tasks and the effective utilisation of our CAFM System.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a larger Team Leader Community, you will:

  • oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk Advisors (SDA's),
  • ensure adherence to Client processes and KPI's,
  • responsible for timely and accurate processing of reactive, planned & statutory compliance tasks,
  • effective utilisation of our CAFM System,
  • work closely with Client Service Centre Manager and appropriate Client Account Leads/FM's to promote excellent customer service,
  • be versatile and responsive to dynamic portfolio requirements,
  • motivate team and drive contract performance to operational success.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 2 years' experience in a team leader/supervisor/management role within a service desk environment or similar,
  • proven experience of coaching, leading and inspiring teams and people development,
  • experience of performance management and analysing statistics.
