Job Summary
As a Service Desk Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk Advisors (SDA's) and ensure adherence to Client processes and KPI's. You will work closely with Client Service Centre Manager and appropriate Client Account Leads/FM's to promote excellent customer service and be versatile and responsive to dynamic portfolio requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Service Desk Advisors (SDA's)
- Ensure adherence to Client processes and KPI's
- Work closely with Client Service Centre Manager and appropriate Client Account Leads/FM's
- Promote excellent customer service
- Be versatile and responsive to dynamic portfolio requirements
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a team leader/supervisor/management role within a service desk environment or similar
- Proven experience of coaching, leading and inspiring teams and people development
- Experience of performance management and analysing statistics
