TheRole

An exciting role has beencreated for a Wholesale Operations Executive to join our growingteam to assist in the process of delivering our growing wholesalebusiness to our retail and distributor partnersglobally.

Through our partnership profile andexciting growing mainline the demand for Castore is seeing uspartner with the biggest retailers in the market as well asdeveloping a distribution network on a global scale.

As the Wholesale Operations Executive you willbe working collaboratively alongside the Wholesale OperationsManager to service and maintain relationships for Castorescontinued growing group of wholesale accounts. Manage and own theend to end process from the moment the sales order is receiveduntil orders are delivered to customer warehouse drivingoperational excellence and ensuring orders are deliveredOTIF.

Responsibilities

Takefull ownership of the endtoend operational management for ourprestigious Global Key Accounts such as JD Sports Frasers GroupFanatics and others ensuring operational excellence and toptierservice delivery.

Customer facing role tocommunicate account updates and independent liaise with them toensure their orderbook is satisfied.

Followingthe Wholesale departments critical path and seasonal orderdeadlines and working collaboratively with the wholesale accountmanagers and wholesale operations assistants to ensure custompricing trade terms quantities requested drop dates customer POnumbers are all aligned so our Merchandising department can placeVendor POs on time.

Efficiently compile andpresent sales order data to the internal Merchandising teamadhering to critical path and seasonal orderdeadlines.

Collaborate with the WholesaleOperations Manager to establish a wholesaleoriented VAS complianceframework across Castores flagship and international DistributionCentres (DCs) ensuring SLAs are met.

Conductopen orderbook reconciliation meetings with relevant stakeholdersproviding accurate forecasts to optimise DC resourceallocation.

Liaise with finance teams to ensureaccurate fulfilment of shipped and invoiced Wholesale Sales Ordersresolving any discrepancies or queriespromptly.

Skills&Qualities

EssentialKnowledge and Experience:

Solidexperience in a similar role with a focus on wholesaleoperations.

Proficiency in working with 3rd partyhandlers and internal business management software (e.g. SAP OracleNet Suite Microsoft Navision).

Excellentcrossfunctional collaboration skills and adaptability to evolvingprocesses.

Comfortable in a fastpaced dynamicbusiness environment with excellent planning and organizationabilities.

Demonstrated flexibility andwillingness to learn in a rapidly growing businesssetting.

PreferredExperience:

Previous experience in aleadership or senior executive role supporting senior managementteams.
