**Job Title**: B2B and Wholesale Lead
**Location**:Manchester - Hybrid
**Salary**: Competitive
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and values.
- Establish and facilitate product set-up and injection to leading retail outlets in UK and Europe.
- Build lasting relationships with B2B partners to ensure fulfilment of orders and management of requests.
- Understand evolving market trends and identify prospective opportunities.
- Work across functions with Buying, Logistics, Finance and other internal business units.
- Manage and monitor inventory and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of orders to B2B and Wholesale customers.
- Maintain administrative functions of B2B and Wholesale, such as product pricing, inventory reporting and general conditions of sale.
- Generate and maintain sales reporting
- Pro-actively seek new clients through use of marketing and market analysis.
**Attributes**:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B and Wholesale sales, ideally in the CBD or Fitness industry
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the wholesale market, trends and opportunities
- Comprehensive knowledge of B2B sales strategies
- Excellent people management and leadership capabilities
- Professional and confident communication style, both written and verbal
- Ability to work remotely and effectively collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management and logistics processes
