Group Sales Executive

Your responsibilities as a Groups Sales Executive will include:
- Be responsible for taking and managing all bedroom enquiries and bookings for the hotel, over the telephones, Internet and via fax for groups of clients
- Deal with customers of all levels with various requirements in a professional and timely manner
- Make regular visits to the UK Hotels, especially our main London Hotels
- Up sell the facilities of our properties at every opportunity ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue are achieved at all times
- Have strong selling skills and an understanding of groups bookings and processes
- Have excellent telephone communication skills
- Be able to competently manage all aspects of a groups enquiry
- Have effective decision making skills
- Be a pro-active team player who easily connects with others
- Have previous experience working within a hotel group sales department desirable
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with others.
