**We are currently looking for a Groups & Events Planning Executive to join our Sales team at The Londoner.**
**The role takes on the responsibility of supporting the Groups Sales & Planning Team with delivering the administrative responsibilities to support Group Arrivals & Stays at the hotel.**
**Overview**:
- As Groups & Events Planning Executive, you will work closely with all departments in the hotel with the sole purpose of delivering bespoke service at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the Sales team with conversion of Groups.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at all times, adding further value to each guest’s journey and bringing the Londoner core values.
- Be mindful of, and promote, hotel amenities, food and beverage outlets and services, and arrange in-house services as required.
- Being responsible for the delivery of Group Resumes with correct information in a timely manner.
- Ensure all payments are taken and actioned as necessary for pre-payments, online extranet payments, gone and guest payments are seamless.
**About You**:
- Minimum 3 months experience with Reservations.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Advanced ability to use Opera and multi platforms for data acquisition (PMS, Intranet, Preferred Platform, Google, Linkedin, ReviewPRO etc).
- Maintains excellent telephone communication etiquette.
- Impeccable command of the English language.
