About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, curious, forward-thinking marketing-savvy professional, with a strong experience in product management and go-to-market activities, to drive commercial discussions and the evolution of our Standards product portfolio, which include the MyStandards and Swift Translator product suite.

You will be joining a dynamic team of product managers in the MICSS tribe within the Product organization. The tribe’s mission is to enable interoperability of market infrastructures and their communities to exchange frictionless end-to-end transactions globally and support all customers in the management and implementation of financial standards.

Within the tribe, five squads are at the forefront, developing and managing the MyStandards and Swift Translator product suite. This suite is designed to make the financial industry more efficient in interoperating, implementing, and handling of standards and formats.

What to expect  

Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product portfolio evolution, collaborating closely with the product management team of related products in the portfolio, commercial teams and customers. Develop compelling marketing value propositions and business cases to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Lead communication strategies for product or portfolio commercialization, crafting impactful collateral and campaigns. Ensure timely alignment of products with market-driven initiatives, integrating requirements to maximize commercial success. Build relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders, engage with the community through User Group Meetings, bilateral calls and other channels (industry events, etc.). Drive necessary product launch projects by coordinating all aspects of the marketing plan (product/ pricing offer, promotion, development of user documentation, training of sales force and customers, etc.) Monitor customer adoption and revenue performance, collaborating with the sales and finance teams to set targets. Drive market-oriented product strategies, adapting to customer needs and industry trends together with respective product managers. Keep abreast with trends in the industry and share relevant information with the teams.

What will make you successful?

A university degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a product or market management role. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to react quickly to identified opportunities. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address customer challenges effectively, given the high level of customer interaction involved. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to modify communication style to optimize understanding by various stakeholders while respecting diverse perspectives. Customer orientation, making customers and their needs a primary focus in decision-making and strategy development. Proven ability to create and develop a robust external/internal network. Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading. Prior experience in financial standards, formats, or financial software business is a key asset. Knowledge or experience with Swift standards, interface products and message flows is a significant advantage. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
