The Product Delivery function is responsible for co-ordinating the implementation of new fund launches and modifications for new and existing clients. This involves taking ownership of the process from proposal on smaller changes, through to build and implementationon all new and existing client projects. in accordance with existing operating models. The team manages launches and modifications for UK domiciled UCITS, NURS and QIS, structured as OEICs, Unit Trusts and Authorised Contractual Schemes (ACS), with a varietyof investment managers, investor types, custodians, transfer agents and pricing agents.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assist the Product Delivery Managers to ensure changes are channelled through our internal governance framework
- Support more experienced team members on more complex projects including attending meetings and producing meeting summaries
- Work on their own initiatives with the support of the wider team, to actively manage approved smaller projects to ensure the delivery is to agreed timescale, and to a consistently high standard. Keeping all stakeholders informed of progress throughout theproject through regular project meetings and communication.
- Support the team in gathering requirements for product initiatives and answering routine questions from stakeholders
- Take ownership and responsibility for all activity co-ordination and act as a primary point of contact for the Product Delivery team for small changes allocated to the individual.
- Prioritise effectively to consider client’s requirements, monitoring and driving the planning and delivery of relevant areas to ensure the most efficient use of time and resources.
- To ensure that strong communication and project management processes are in place to manage all internal and external parties in the delivery of the new / changing product.
- Ownership of tasks such of the organisation and oversight of investor mailings and account / Market openings.
- Provide admin support for other team members projects, checklist updates and weekly stakeholder updates.
- Work co-operatively and enthusiastically as a member of the Product Delivery team, to provide support for other team members when required. Being prepared to take on additional tasks from time to time to meet the broader Product departmental goals.
- Upkeep of checklists templates and procedures when identified include Lessons Learned Log, Resource charts etc.
- Each member of staff has responsibility to adhere to corporate policies and procedures. In particular, to ensure Product Delivery controls are carried out in accordance with laid down procedures and to ensure the ongoing mitigation of business risk. Inthis regard regular training will be provided.
