The primary responsibility of the Learner Engagement Manager is to source and qualify prospective candidates and book them onto our pre-employment training courses. This involves working with referral partners, planning face-to-face meetings, organising open days with learners and third-party organisations within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Duties:

  • Hit departmental KPIs.
  • Support Business Development Managers (BDMs) by generating regional and national employer vacancy leads.
  • Source and interview potential candidates both face-to-face and by telephone.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to promote our courses and identify the needs of local communities and employers.
  • Manage relationships with Job Centre Plus (JCP) and ensure adherence to all JCP guidelines.
  • Provide up-to-date data for each region relating to learner and agency needs.
  • Determine eligibility and suitability for relevant opportunities.
  • Actively use social media to promote our opportunities when required.
  • Support activities towards candidate and employer engagement as needed.
  • Create timely and accurate reports regarding activity levels, candidate enquiries, and progress against targets.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, referral partners, and organisations locally to maximise candidate referrals and employer leads.
  • Ensure the candidate recruitment process guarantees a high-quality experience.
  • Deliver outstanding Information, Advice, and Guidance to both internal and external customers, meeting observation grades.
  • Attend learner/employer recruitment and marketing events to fill courses, build pipelines, and enhance the candidate pool.
  • Actively promote the organisation in the local community.
  • Be willing to work in various areas across the country to promote a range of opportunities.
