JobOverview: This position is primarily home and fieldbasedwith occasional visits to our office in Manchester. The EmployerEngagement Manager (EEM) will play a crucial role in the success ofour Preemployment department. The ideal candidate should be driventargetoriented and motivated by both targets and commission. Weseek individuals who thrive in a goaldrivenenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

MainDuties:

  • Implementthe organisations B2B sales and marketing strategy to promote ourcore Preemployment standards and engage employers of allsizes.
  • Meet departmental KPIs andidentify new business opportunities including new markets growthareas trends customers products and services for the Preemploymentdivision.
  • Collaborate closely withthe assigned progression coordinator to maximize employmentoutcomes for our learners.
  • Identifykey contacts within organisations and generate leads throughproactive outreach to potential employers and referral partnersparticularly within the telecomssector.
  • Establish and open newbusiness relationships with telecoms companies to secure placementsfor learners in L2 and L3 telecomscourses.
  • Conduct facetoface virtualand phone meetings withclients.
  • Generate opportunities forpreemployment courses.
  • Understandcustomer needs and develop effective plans to meet them utilisingour groups training portfolio.
  • Thinkand work strategically to set aims objectives and implementoperational changes that improve thebusiness.
  • Have a comprehensiveunderstanding of our Preemployment courses and provide guidance toothers.
  • Ensure organisationalalignment and understanding of the need for change among staffmembers.
  • Maintain accurate recordsof employers training and interviewfeedback.
  • Communicate accurate jobdescriptions and training needs across thedepartment.
  • Coordinate with themarketing department to discuss promotional strategies andactivities.
  • Continuously seek waysto improve businessoperations.
  • Attend seminarsconferences and events relevant to therole.
  • Stay updated on industrytrends and changes in the business and educationallandscape.

  • Contributeto the overall sales strategy of ourgroup.
  • Inform employers aboutcoinvestment opportunities.
  • Leadsales presentations to potentialclients.
  • Source and initiate contactwith suitable potential clients particularly within the telecomsindustry.
  • Attend exhibitions andnetworking events.
  • Provide weeklyreports on pipeline and individualperformance.
  • Participate in bestpractice meetings with the sales and progressionteam.
  • Uphold the companys corevalues.
  • Stay informed about fundingchanges and growth opportunities in theindustry.

  • Essential:Experience in a B2B sales environment with a proven track record ofwinning new business in the FE and trainingsector.
