About the role:

Please note, this role is being offered as a fixed-term contract until July 2025


We have a great opportunity to join the Chartered Management Consultant (ChMC) team and help drive the ongoing scale up of this rapidly growing accreditation.


The Engagement Manager acts as the key operational point of contact for consulting firms engaged with the ChMC to support them in getting the best possible value from their relationship with CMI.


You'll be reporting directly into the Head of ChMC and working closely with a number of different teams across CMI


Responsibilities:

  • To build and maintain relationships and business with our management consultancy firm partner organisations. To manage the operational relationship with consultancy firm partners - acting as primary point of contact for the delivery of the services included in the Chartered Management Consultant contracts we have with these partners
  • To lead on the implementation of partner contracts and ongoing management to ensure engagement, to include:
  • providing a point of contact and escalation for the partner across CMI
  • collaborating effectively and championing the partner with key stakeholders across CMI
  • developing, delivering and monitoring/reviewing engagement plans for partners within agreed service levels and ensuring partner uptake of contracted ChMC assessments
  • delivering expert support, guidance and problem solving to the partner in collaboration across CMI
  • To provide real value to the Partner relationships and to strive to improve customer service standards and delight our Partners, monitored through improving customer satisfaction and NPS
  • To help to identify new opportunities and leverage relationships with partners to pass over to the relevant Business Development Manager
