Previous experience of working within a Mental Healthcare setting Experience of working in teams under appropriate supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate in context of the team and organisation, and how the role may contribute to service development

Ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal, and nonverbal communication) with patients, relatives/ carers and the multidisciplinary team.
