Job Title: Customer Administrator

Job Type: 12 month contract

Hours: 37.5 hours a week Mon - Fri (Hybrid working)

Salary: 26k

Location: Guildford

Role Overview:

Entering, monitoring and tracking customer purchase orders. Maintaining order information and providing knowledgeable support for assigned products. Processing debit and credit payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Responding to customer inquiries by email and providing resolutions
  • Utilising customer relationship application or database to record activities and researching product information
  • Promoting products and services
  • Communicating information to customers
  • Ad hoc reporting duties

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in an office based Administration, Customer Service or similar
  • Knowledge of Shipping, ideally international
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • MS Office skills
  • Proactive nature
