Position Overview:

As a Booking Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our Field Engineers to oversee the customer scheduling process for onsite assistance. Your role will involve managing customer appointments, reservations, and planned activities to ensure seamless operations and outstanding customer service. Your keen attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and effective communication skills will be essential in this position.

Contract Duration:

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire booking process, which includes scheduling appointments, confirming reservations, and promptly updating booking information.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding their bookings, providing assistance for any inquiries they may have.
  • Efficiently maintain and update booking calendars by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance scheduling processes and boost efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administration, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a meticulous approach to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including booking systems, calendar management tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and work schedules as necessary.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
