About the Role: 2i Recruit Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Customer Support Administrator to enhance our dynamic customer service and technical sales division.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be integral to the customer service team, primarily focusing on:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Managing customer service calls, which may involve:
    • Providing estimated times of arrival for deliveries.
    • Issuing proof of deliveries.
    • Responding to requests for product catalogs.
    • Processing requests to halt catalog mailings.
    • Providing copies of invoices.
    • Addressing customer complaints and resolving various issues.

Administrative Duties:
You will also undertake various customer service and sales administration tasks, including:

  • Importing orders from the website and Amazon.
  • Responding to inquiries related to Amazon.
  • Managing returns requests from Amazon.
  • Processing, packaging, and dispatching product samples as requested by the sales team.
  • Handling basic sales orders through the sales order processing system.
  • Assisting with ad hoc sales administration tasks as needed by the sales team or manager.

Qualifications:
- A strong telephone presence with excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within an office setting.
- A solid understanding of customer service principles and sales administration.
