We're currently seeking an experienced Principal/Senior Unreal Programmer who thrives on pushing the boundaries of gaming innovation for our Middlesbrough offices. In this role, you'll lead the charge in designing, implementing, and refining the unique immersive experiences we deliver to our users.As a vital member of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for coaching and mentoring other members of the programming, optimizing and working across various platforms. Always at the forefront of technological advancements, you'll shape the future of the gaming industry with your expertise and creativity.In this role you will : Work closely with cross-discipline teams including programmers, designers, animators and artists. Be an active participant to our code review's process. Support and mentor team members in order to help bolster up the programming team Working in multiple high profile projects in Co-Dev with renowned companies such as EA, Microsoft, 2K, Activision and Sony amongst others. What we're looking for : 8+ years of experience as a Programmer in the game industry. 3+ years of experience working with Unreal 4/5. Strong skills in Unreal Engine and C++ programming. Experience in one or many different programming areas, including AI, Gameplay, Systems. Willing to work on premise in our Middlesbrough Offices.
