About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Developer to join our team at Double Eleven. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of programmers and contributing to the development of our exciting new projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software systems and game code.
  • Perform code reviews with the development team to ensure code quality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and publishing teams to create high-quality titles.
  • Lead a team, taking responsibility for their personal development and work delivery.
  • Work with production to develop project roadmaps and deliver according to schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders as the primary technical point of contact.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of C++ programming language.
  • Experience as a Lead or Senior Programmer in the games industry.
  • Experience working in multiplayer games.
  • Experience with proprietary or Unreal engines.
  • Experience with modding and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and lead a small team of programmers.
  • Able to break down and structure tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
