Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Senior Clinical Educator to lead on the implementation of education, personal development plans, induction to critical care, mentoring, and preceptorship.
- Assist in the delivery of robust programmes of education, and participate in audit to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programmes.
- Act as a credible and professional role model, empowering staff to develop both personally and professionally to achieve their maximum potential.
- Participate in innovation and evidence-based nursing practice through professional leadership, and support the clinical team.

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Completion of STEP 1, 2, 3 or equivalent
- Post-registration qualification in Critical Care
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Teaching certificate
- Desirable: Step 4 Competencies, Post Graduate Certificate in Education
We are looking for a candidate with relevant critical care experience at a senior level, and experience as a mentor/preceptor.
