We are seeking an experienced Critical Care nurse to join our team as a Critical Care Educator. The successful candidate will be employed by the Critical Care Directorate at The James Cook University Hospital, a Regional Major Trauma Centre.
Main Responsibilities- Lead on the implementation of education, personal development plans, induction to critical care, mentoring and preceptorship for critical care staff.
- Assist in the delivery of robust programmes of education and participate in audit to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programmes.
- Respond proactively to changes required in educational programmes.
