Senior Clinical Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join our Education and Practice Development team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in developing and leading the delivery of ward and classroom-based education and competency-based assessment programmes across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent teaching and facilitation skills. They will be responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of education programmes to promote the highest standards of clinical practice and improved patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and leading education programmes to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement education initiatives
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to staff to promote high-quality care
  • Leading on and guiding the organisation to redesign clinical care delivery to ensure robust clinical skills and associated training feature in the Trust's drive to enhance patient safety
