Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to learn and develop within a growth sector.

Reporting into the Sales Team, this role involves supporting the Sales team within the group. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in orders, invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Initiate investigations into missing stock or any other issues with orders once dispatched.
  • Help to collate data and communication with the Field Sales teams/new customers.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Manually input or price orders when needed.
  • Help to cover overall workload when an account manager is on leave.
  • Cover all aspects dealing with stock supply/ordering to Vapouriz.
  • Develop monthly sales reports.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Logging leads
  • Issuing credits


Skills and Attributes :

  • Willingness to learn, enthusiastic and outgoing.
  • A dedicated team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised with an attention to detail.
  • Experience of MS Office (MS Excel at a basic level)
  • Prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently to meet customer requests, and other responsibilities.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst liaising with sales teams, customer service, and other departments.
