Mpeople recruitment have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced **Customer Service Administrator** to join the team of a well-established business, based in the Denton area, on a full-time Temporary basis for 3 months.
- **Role**: Customer Service Administrator
- **Location**:Denton
- **Salary**: £22,550
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Hybrid working available once training is completed. 3 days office, 2 days working from home.

**Duties as a Customer Service Administrator will include but not be limited to**:

- Keeping clients updated regularly with regarding deliveries, or non-deliveries and stock levels.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and providing support
- Escalating any complaints to the manager or team leader
- Liaising with Customer Service Supervisor or Manager to negotiate client details and discuss new supplier processes.
- Inputting all information into SAP and internal systems, ensuring all details are up to date and correct.
- Participating in daily catch-up calls, discussing any issues that require additional support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with good Administrative skills.
- Experience working with internal CRM’s and SAP.
- Good level of Math’s and English skills.
