Role Overview:
This position is perfect for someone eager to develop their sales skills and advance into a fully-fledged Sales role. Starting as a Sales Administrator/Sales Support, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, providing essential support to our Sales Team and helping to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via email or phone to process orders and answer queries, ensuring a positive sales experience.
- Ensure accuracy in orders and invoices, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather missing information or provide updates, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Investigate and resolve issues with dispatched orders, ensuring timely solutions to keep sales on track.
- Support the Field Sales teams and assist in onboarding new customers, following up leads to contribute to our sales growth.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records to ensure data integrity and facilitate seamless sales processes.
- Assist in pricing orders and managing stock supply when needed, ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Step in to manage workloads when an account manager is on leave, ensuring continuous sales support.
- Develop insightful monthly sales reports to guide strategic decisions and drive sales performance.
- Communicate valuable customer feedback to the team for continuous improvement and enhanced sales strategies.
- Log leads and issue credits to streamline sales processes and support sales goals.
Skills and Attributes:
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality with a passion for sales.
- A dedicated team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Effective time management and task prioritisation to meet customer needs and sales goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while collaborating with sales teams, customer service, and other departments.
